If you’re new to managing data online we recommend that you take out an extra ‘settling-in’ plan with us. This gives you up to an hour each month of skype/telephone support to include guidance on how best to configure klemi for you, tips and tricks and how best to use it and technical help with migrating your existing data into klemi. The settling in plan costs an additional £30 per month. We recommend 4-6 months to get started well.
